The children and the adult citizens from Sreta Mladenović Str, dr Zoran Đinđić Str and Sava Kovačević Str in Kragujevac have organized signing of a petition, since July 17, to defend their playground known as “Terenče” (The Little Pitch) which municipal authorities decided to relocate to open the space for planned parking lot and underground garage. This civic initiative, a spontaneous reaction of the children, started on the day when the fence and the sports and play equipment were removed from “Terenče”. Read more…

Starting yesterday, June 1, you can sign the petition of the RODA Association demanding from the Croatian Ministry of Health to revoke from procedure the Draft-Law on Medically Assisted Pregnancy, prepared last month, because its conservative nature, unacceptable solutions and lack of understanding for the problems of the people – citizens with infertility problem it was intended for. The First children embassy in the world Megjaši will again join, in the role of national coordinator, in the international campaign for inclusion of children in education process, coordinated by the Global March Against Child Labour. The campaign aims to include all children into the education process and secure literacy for all, which is important in Macedonia where many children are denied from their fundamental right to education.
